Online Email Help

Rev.Net supports email through our online email program. You can check your email via any web browser by simply going to http://mail.rev.net

Please use your user/account name for logging into our system
(first part of your email address before the @rev.net). Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.


Short intro to our new online system

Deleting messages:

In order to Delete a message in your message list click the message in the list. The message will turn red (indicates that any actions will be applied to this message). You can now either click the delete button at the top of the window (red crossed out circle) or push the delete key on your keyboard.

You can also drag the message subject into your trash can (located in the left column of the display) to remove the message.

To delete a message while viewing the email message simply click the delete button at the top of the window (red crossed out circle).


Folder creation:

If you want to create folders for organizing your email, here's how you can create the folders:

  • Go to "Personal Settings"... "Folders" tab
  • Locate the "Create new folder" section (Near the bottom)
  • Type in the folder name you wish to create
  • Click the "Create" button

The new folder will now appear in your folder list.


Moving messages to folders:

To move a message in your message list drag the subject of the message to the folder on the left. Releasing the mouse button will move the message into the folder.

To move a message to a folder while viewing the email message simply click the selection list "move to..." at the top of the window, and select the folder you wish the message to go to.



Speed up your email experience with our online system

Message speed:

Messages that load slowly are normally due to extra information being brought in from remote sources to display graphics in your window. There are two settings by which we can reduce this delay.

    • Under "Personal Settings", go to your "Preferences" tab.
    • Locate the section "Mailbox View" and uncheck "Show preview pane". This will remove the window under your message list so that when you click on a message, it doesn't have to load the message. You can simply double click on the "Subject" of the message to display the email.

    • Under "Personal Settings", go to your "Preferences" tab.
    • Locate the section "Displaying messages" and uncheck "Display HTML", uncheck "Show images from known senders", and uncheck "Display attached images below the message". Your email will now display only the message, and keep the images from appearing while viewing the email.
